Love it here! The ladies are super friendly and nice and do their jobs efficiently. They figure out exactly what you want before even putting the cape on you. If you get the chance, see Jess, she's the one that I always have do my hair and she nails it every time! They made it impossible for me to go back to great clips
I've been going through hair stylists like crazy trying to find someone that will even listen to what I actually tell them n with the hair I have can never get the right advice I usually just get the products they have suggested to me to try n buy what they have and this is the 1st place I've wanted to go back to in years! The ladies were great, everyone was friendly, the wait wasn't too long and when I did ask what I do about something, the lady gave me a simple solution instead of turning the sales on and suggesting a million different products that cost n arm n a leg. Love it here!!
Jackie did a wonderful job with my pain in the butt 3 year old. He doesn't like his head or hair touched. She was patient and kind. We will definitely be back for his future haircuts! Thanks.
Been getting my haircut here since they opened. Never had a problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brought my daughter in for cut & color and she was extremely satisfied as well!
Called for a haircut and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I got there in 15 minutes. There was one person in front of me and they took her right after I walked in (which was perfectly fine of course). I am not a complainer and wouldn't have minded if I had to wait another 15 minutes but after waiting for 35 more minutes (55 minutes after I called), I left and went to Great Clips which got me in right away. I can't believe I sat that long, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. However when I left irritated they were still not even close to being done with the lady that was taken right after I walked in. They could have told me it would be longer then 20 minutes and I would have came later but I sat there and though I don't believe my time is valuable, I regret wasting it there.
